This is the easiest way to order, because you don't have to work out the total cost of your order or the delivery charge. It also gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have, or to find out whether we stock something you want that isn't listed on our website.

This is the phone number of the shop and occasionally you may get our answerphone if the staff in the shop are very busy serving. In this case please leave a message including your phone number and we'll call you back.
As well as details of the sweets you'd like to order, please have ready:
Please note that, for your first order, we can only deliver to your credit or debit card billing address.
Please print off our mail order form, fill it in and post it to us. If paying by cheque or postal order, please remember to include your payment.
If you don't have access to a printer, you can simply send us a letter with your order details - please look at the order form first as it will tell you what information we need.
Either way, please remember to include the cost of delivery from the table below.

We'll send your sweets as soon as your payment has cleared.
We send all orders by Royal Mail. Standard delivery is by Second Class post or Standard Parcels (depending on weight). We can also deliver by First Class post if required.
Your sweets will normally reach you within a week after we receive your order, although we cannot guarantee this
(please see our Terms and Conditions for further information about delivery
times). If you pay by cheque, please allow a few extra days for the cheque to clear.
The cost of delivery depends on the total price of the sweets that you order:

Our delivery charges are based on the true cost to us of sending a typical order (including a small amount to cover the cost of packaging). Our policy is to charge the same sweet prices for mail order as we do in the shop, and therefore our delivery charges have to fully cover our delivery costs. You may have seen other websites with lower delivery charges, but with higher sweet prices because part of the delivery cost is included in the sweet prices.
Don't forget that Caramella is a sweet shop and so, if you live locally, you can save the cost of delivery by collecting your sweets from the shop. If you want to, you can phone us with your order beforehand so that we'll have it ready for you.

Most of our sweets are sold by weight. They're priced per 100 grammes, but you can order whatever weight you want (subject to a minimum of 100 grammes of each sweet).
Here are some metric-to-imperial equivalents:
